Born on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model who is well-known for her roles in movies and television shows. Brandt started her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her part as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on a number of shows over the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen in the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in the city of Cape Town in South African. Her move to Auckland with her family when she was in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was model for print ads and commercial ads. Prior to when she had a career as a model, Brandt was a saleswoman in retail as well as an IT recruitment consultant. She landed her first featured part in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role of Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. Her role as Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix show Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is the biggest one that she has played to date. In the show, she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
